Does your walk with the Lord seeming a bit lukewarm? Is God calling you to a new state of revival? Come learn how your view of God, obedience to God, and trust in God shape the Spirit of Revival3. This year we will be focusing on what does it mean to begin from a personal (individual) revival, move toward a local (church) revival, and finally participate in the global (world) state of revival. We are excited to see what God is doing and we hope to see you with us!
Keynote: Pastor Richard Kim graduated from UC Santa Barbara and Talbot Theological Seminary with a MDIV. Him and his wife, Christina, recently became the parents of their first child, a little girl name Evelyn Hope Kim. They are the ultimate dog lover with two at home named Buddy and Hailey. With a heart deeply committed to missions and the church's renewal, Richard is currently pastor of a church plant called Gospel Life Mission Church.

Workshops:
- Intergenerational Reconciliation (Gaylord Tsuei & Stanley Chow)
- Most ethnic based churches today face not only the challenge of reconciling between two cultures, but must also learn to handle the difference between different generation leadership within the ministry. How can we, called to operate as one body, learn to deal with grace the inherent conflicts of interests / value, and learn to minimize miscommunication? Should the vision and goal be autonomy and independence? and what could this “big family” picture look like? Part of this workshop we will also be touching on issues such as growing a healthy ethnic based ministry, encouraging none active member’s involvement, and young adults retention. Come join us as we discuss on where and how we can start in the core of the leadership to move toward this vision.

- History of Christianity in Taiwan (Richard Cook)

The Bible, theology and the Taiwanese Christian churches, however, may be able to provide a unique contribution to both Taiwanese society as well as to the global church. The will suggest some historical and theological ways to look at Taiwanese identity, history and church history.

- Power of Prayer (Barbara Bucklin)
- Jesus told His disciples to stay alert, stay awake and pray.
He told them to pray for all men -- everywhere.
He told them that when we pray His will, it will be done!
Do you believe that it is only through prayer that heaven can come to earth, that only through prayer can God intervene into the affairs of man? Do you believe that the fate of your city could hang on your prayers? Is that radical or what? Revolutionary and foundational - that is what radical means. Come pray and see God's dunamis power released! - Audio (MP3, 18 MB)

- Reaching Our Postmodern Culture (Richard Cook)
- As Christians, we are sometimes asked by post-moderns, "Why does the Bible insist that there is only one way to God?" Some people unfortunately conclude the Bible teaches intolerance. But there is a compelling logic to the biblical story; from start to finish, the Bible provides a coherent message. Through several Bible stories (stories are a favorite of post-moderns), we will explore why a holistic understanding of scriptures compels Christians to believe Jesus is the "only way."

- Effective Accountability (Corey Tabor)
- There is no growth without accountability! In order to grow in any area of our life, we will need additional accountability from others. In this workshop, we will look into the characteristics of biblical accountability, and learn how to develop and grow relationships that provide accountability and the lasting benefits that it can add to our life. Don't miss this chance to strategically grow through effective accountability.

- Christianity in the Workplace (Dan & Pat Massey)
- Whether our workplace surrounds us with individuals who are not open to Christianity or individuals who are only culturally Christian, how can we as followers of Christ be that salt and light in our workplace? What could be some practical ways to stay grounded in our faith regardless of our surroundings and bring Christ into the lives of those we rub shoulders with daily in a graceful yet effective manner? And how can we be creative in finding ways to live our vocation with a kingdom mind set? What is the role for Christians in the workplace as an employee or as a manager? We will be exploring what this looks like with Pat and Dan as they share with us their experiences as working professional in the industry.

Texas State Capitol Complex
Taller than the US Capitol, the Texas State Capitol and Capitol Grounds are one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city and a favorite spot for the locals as well. Inside and out, it's simply impressive, beautiful, and one of our state treasures. Free.Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum
Saying that it's as big as Texas is no exaggeration. This mammoth museum is large enough to hold the original Goddess of Liberty from the top of the State Capitol (replaced during renovation), a 1/3 scale model of the Lunar module, a full-size windmill, and a circa 1940 AT-6 "Texan" airplane. But don't miss the smaller exhibits including historic documents, artifacts, photos, dioramas, and talking displays and videos. It's not free, but well worth the admission.Barton Springs Swimming Pool
Experience the icy cold spring water under the blazing hot Texas heat - Barton Springs is considered by many to be the premiere swimming hole in town, this 900 plus foot pool in Zilker Park was formed when Barton Springs was dammed. Small admission. Canoeing and kayaking rental available at the creek.Zilker Botanical Gardens
At Zilker Botanical Gardens you'll find xeriscape, cactus, organic, rose, oriental, and fragrance gardens, as well as a butterfly trail, dinosaur tracks, and historic buildingsCongress Avenue Bats
Depending on the time of year, a visit to the Congress Avenue bridge provides an awesome sight. Each evening, especially in the late summer and early fall, up to 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats emerge like a black cloud from the crevices of the bridge that they call home for around 8 months of the year. Free.6th Street
Perhaps the city's best known street outside of Texas, a few blocks south of the Capitol you'll find the E. 6th Street and Red River Entertainment District. Even if the restaurants, bars, and live music do not appeal to you, a stroll down 6th Street can be visually stimulating experience. From the beautiful architecture and historic facades to the eccentric appearance of some 6th Street regulars, a visit to 6th Street is sure to intrigue.
