| Background: | Samuel was born in Dallas, TX and shortly thereafter moved to Austin, TX. He is a true native Texan. He has been at Austin Taiwanese Presbyterian Church since its formation in 1986. He went to the University of Texas at Austin (National Champions 2005!) and after graduating with a BSEE, has remained in Austin working at IBM. |
